I am always learning, improving and navigating some of the same frustrations my patients experience. Dentistry has limitations, aging changes our smiles, and even experts do not always practice what they preach. šŸ˜¬

Mouth taping may encourage nasal breathing while you sleep, which can help reduce dry mouth and support salivaā€™s natural role in protecting your teeth and gums.

What I would never do as your cosmetic dentist, even if you asked me toā€¦

After 26+ years in dentistry, I know that what I choose not to do matters just as much as what I do.

I will never prioritize cosmetics over health, create the same smile for every patient, pressure someone into treatment, or design a smile that looks bulky, artificial, or unlike the person wearing it.

Beautiful dentistry begins with listening. It requires understanding the cause, respecting what is healthy, and creating a plan that feels personal to you.

My promise is to listen carefully, plan thoughtfully, treat conservatively, and walk alongside you throughout your smile journeyā€”and beyond.

Because your smile should not make you look like someone else. It should help you feel like yourself again.
