Dr. Josh and Dr. Tiffani own the practice and are a husband and wife dentist team.

They love the Ahwatukee community and strive to give their patients a comfortable and enjoyable dental experience Trust, ethics and impeccable care. These are the cornerstone principles of the vision Dr. Howard Farran had for his office in 1987. Today, the office is a place where his children, grandchildren and the community continue to be served, an office for the generations. At Today’s Dental, we care for your family like our own. Our practice is committed to providing you and your family with safe, gentle, high-quality dental care. We are aware that you may be anxious about your visit but we want to assure you that we are sensitive to your needs and will go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and at home. At your first visit, we will review your medical records, take x-rays, create an individual treatment plan for you and answer any questions you may have.

Meet Jaimie!!
Jaimie is an Arizona native who grew up south of Tucson. She has been part of the dental field for over 25 years, with an incredible 20 of those years spent right here at Today’s Dental!
One of the most rewarding parts of Jaimie’s job is helping patients who may feel nervous about visiting the dentist or who have had a difficult dental experience in the past. She loves being able to change the way they feel about dental care by creating a positive, comfortable experience and helping them feel at ease in her chair.
Outside of the office, Jaimie is married, and together they have two teenage sons who keep them very busy! In her free time, she loves spending time at the beach with friends and family, hiking, and reading.

We feel incredibly fortunate to have Jaimie as such a dedicated, longtime member of the Today’s Dental family and for the care and comfort she has provided to our patients over the years! 🤍

Meet Dr. Tiffani!!
Dr. Tiffani was born in Omaha, Nebraska, but spent most of her life in Illinois, growing up in the small town of LaSalle-Peru with her mother and two sisters.
Her journey in dentistry began in 2013 when she enrolled in dental hygiene school. After working as a dental hygienist for three years, she realized she wanted to take her passion for dentistry even further and decided to pursue becoming a dentist.
Dr. Tiffani truly feels she was made to be a dentist. She loves what she does and cares deeply about her patients and their concerns. She knows that visiting the dentist can sometimes feel overwhelming, so she makes it a priority to listen, build trust, and help every patient feel comfortable and cared for. Her goal is to treat each patient with the same level of care she would want for her own family.
Outside of the office, Dr. Tiffani loves spending time with her family. She and her husband, Dr. Josh, have a 7-month-old daughter, Lucy, who is the center of their world. Her perfect weekend includes trying a new restaurant for dinner, spending time with her family, and enjoying a good cup of coffee on a Saturday morning.

Why can’t I just get a filling?

A filling is a great option when there is plenty of healthy tooth structure remaining. However, fillings are not designed to replace a large portion of a tooth.
When a cavity is very large or a tooth is broken, there may not be enough healthy tooth structure left to support a filling. In these cases, a large filling has a higher chance of breaking or failing.
That’s when a crown may be recommended. A crown covers and protects the remaining tooth, giving it the strength and support it needs.

Meet Dr. Josh!!
Dr. Josh was born and raised in Illinois, and is the middle child of three, with one older sister and one younger sister. In July 2022, he moved to Arizona with his wife and younger sister and has called Ahwatukee home ever since.
He has loved being part of such a close-knit community and enjoys all that Arizona has to offer. Outside of the office, you can find Dr. Josh grabbing coffee on the weekends, spending time with his daughter, or going out to dinner with his wife. When it comes to food, he’s a big fan of barbecue—and he’s always a sucker for a good cinnamon roll!
What Dr. Josh loves most about dentistry is seeing his patients smile and knowing that he’s providing quality, personalized care.

Our team had a blast at Simply Smashing Rage Room! We love getting together outside of the office, letting loose, and making memories as a team.
