The 2026 SALT Partner Summit brought our Partner Doctors and HSO Leadership team together for three days of learning, collaboration, and honest conversation about where we’re headed.

We spent time digging into what’s working across our practices, where we can support each other better, and how we grow together. Each day sparked real discussion, and some of the best ideas were shared in between sessions.

Every year, the Partner Summit gives our team space to connect beyond the practice, trade stories, and build relationships that will carry into the work ahead.

That’s the heart of this partnership. Strong practices, supported by a team that knows them, working toward a shared vision. When we invest in each other, it shows up in the care our teams deliver every day.
