Whether you’re an Esperanza patient or a community member, our summer cohorts offer hands-on learning, delicious plant-based recipes, group activities, and tools to help prevent, manage, and even reverse chronic conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol.

Come stretch and move your body while meditating on scripture! 🧘✝️ A Free 10-week Christian Yoga and Scripture series is now available at our Hunting Park site, every Thursday from 6:00-7:00pm, August 27th - October 22nd (with no meeting on September 24th. Yoga mats and journals are provided, and childcare is available.  All fitness and yoga levels are welcomed. Invite a friend, come yoga ready, and bring a water bottle!

¡Ven a estirar y mover tu cuerpo mientras meditas en las Escrituras! 🧘✝️ Ya está disponible una serie gratuita de 10 semanas de yoga cristiano y estudio de las Escrituras en nuestra sede de Hunting Park; se llevará a cabo todos los miércoles, de 6-7 pm, del 27 de agosto al 22 de octubre (menos el 24 de septiembre). Se proporcionan tapetes de yoga y diarios, y hay servicio de cuidado de niños disponible. Todos los niveles de condición física y de yoga son bienvenidos. ¡Invita a un amigo, ven listo para practicar yoga y trae una botella de agua!

Join us on Friday, November 20th at The CORE from 2:30-3:30pm for our Community Baby Shower - a special event dedicated to supporting, educating, and celebrating our pregnant patients, new mothers, and their babies. 🩷
