One of our dental hygienists is relocating to a new city with her family, so we are looking to hire a new hygienist right away! We're searching for full-time (4 days per week) or part-time (you must be able to work 3 days per week). Our hours are Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-5pm ET. Position Overview: As a licensed dental hygienist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality dental care to our patients. You will be responsible for performing dental cleanings, educating patients on best practices and assisting in the overall comfort and care of our patients.

Requirements:
- Valid Alabama dental hygiene license
-Minimum of 2 years experience working a registered dental hygienist
-Must be able to work Mon-Thurs 830am-5pm ET in Phenix City, AL or a minimum of 3 days per week
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Commitment to patient-focused care
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented practice
-Ability to stay organized, on time and on top of your daily schedule
-Ability to work in a fast paced environment on a daily basis
-Comfortable working with cloud-based software and electronic communications (we are proudly paperless!)

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations
- Take dental X-rays, perio chart and proper notes
- Educate patients on best oral hygiene practices
- Collaborate with the dentist and team to ensure a seamless patient experience
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times
-Help our team hit weekly and monthly practice objectives

About Us:
We are a 5 star rated, privately owned dental practice with loyal employees and a fantastic reputation with our patients and local community. Our dentist is the beloved Dr. Charles Capra II. Pay:
Depends on assessed skill level during working interview (if we deem you to be a potentially good fit after conducting an initial interview, you must be able and willing to do a paid, 4-8 hour working interview so that we can accurately assess your skill level + current experience in chair side dental assisting).
