Did you know, if it can stain your clothes, it can stain your teeth! Many of the foods and drinks we consume regularly have the potential to stain tooth enamel over time. Coffee and tea are among the more obvious offenders, but even things like sports drinks, berries, and red sauce can cause stains over time. To help combat the staining effects of many foods and drinks, be sure to practice a consistent, effective oral hygiene routine at home. Brushing twice a day (ideally with an electric toothbrush) and flossing at least once a day helps to remove staining agents.
