Please note the following email that was sent to patients:
We hope this message finds you well. We wanted to let you know that Heather, our front desk coordinator, will be out for a few weeks to undergo a surgical procedure. We are wishing her an easy and speedy recovery! During this time, our administrative support will be limited.
We kindly ask for your patience and understanding as response times for phone calls, voicemails, and scheduling requests may be slower than usual. We will still be checking messages regularly and doing our best to assist you as promptly as possible during our normal office hours. If you have any immediate concerns or emergencies please leave a phone voicemail as this will be monitored the closest. If you have any questions in regards to insurance, Heather will be able to answer those when she returns in early to mid January.
Your care remains our top priority, and we appreciate your support and flexibility while we navigate this temporary adjustment.
