Huge thanks to Vice Mayor Michael Finn and the Peoria Chamber of Commerce for celebrating this milestone with us.

Alongside Dr. Holyoak, we’re proud to carry forward his 50 years of caring for this community under a new name with the same commitment to honest, gentle dentistry.

We have some exciting news to share with our amazing patients and community!

Please join us in welcoming Dr. Lisa Kubik to our practice. Dr. Kubik brings a wonderful depth of care, skill, and passion for dentistry, and we are thrilled to have her as part of our team.

As we grow, we are also proud to introduce our new name, Copper Sky Dental. The name is new, but our commitment to you, your family, and your smile remains exactly the same.
