π¨ PSA: If your toothbrush looks like this, it's time for a replacement! π¨
A worn-out toothbrush can't effectively remove plaque and bacteria from your teeth and gums. Frayed bristles may also be too harsh on your gums while doing a poor job of cleaning your teeth.
As a general rule, replace your toothbrush or electric toothbrush head every 3-4 months or sooner if the bristles are bent, flattened, or frayed.
A healthy smile starts with the right tools.
