Important Notice to Clients
Unfortunately, there continue to be ongoing issues with building management at Twin Towers Mall. For the past week, the lower-level entrance has frequently been locked during normal business hours, creating access issues for clients and visitors.
If you have an appointment scheduled with Creation By Design Smiles, please use the Fulton Street entrance if the lower-level entrance is locked. You may also contact me directly if you need assistance accessing the building.
If you have been affected by these access issues, you may file a concern with the City of Peoria by calling Peoria Cares at 309-494-2273. Restricted access to occupied commercial spaces during business hours may present safety concerns and can negatively impact local businesses and their customers.
