Dr. "K" Orthodontics Our goal is to provide the finest orthodontic care in the most pleasant and comfortable environment.

Dr. Kaganova offers several advanced methods to straighten teeth, but the brackets we recommend and use exclusively are Pitts Braces . The Pitts Braces System is an innovative system that moves teeth faster and with no friction, enabling us to achieve results that would not have been possible with traditional braces. These braces offer our patients a broad beautiful smile in a shorter time, without headgear or tightening. Best of all, we do not charge extra for these state of the art braces. We also offer Invisalign clear aligners for those who want a clear solution to straightening teeth. These aligners provide teens and adults with a less noticeable and more convenient way to straighten teeth.

Dr. James A. Spinelli, age 84, passed away peacefully at his home last Friday. Almost 50 years ago he opened his orthodontic practice in Pennsauken, which Dr. “K” took over in 2007.

Many of the parents and grandparents that bring their loved ones to appointments today were treated by Dr. Spinelli and remember him fondly. He was not just an outstanding orthodontist, but an exceptional man. Always the first to help out, with a gift to find the right words at the right time. With his wisdom and principal centered life, he was an example for all of us. Deeply rooted in his faith, he gave strength to others through his sheer presence.

Jim, thank you for everything you taught me, thank you for your inspiration and the example you set for me and everyone around you! You will be missed dearly!

🌸 Thank you to our amazing patients and families!

Because of your support during our flower sale, we were able to donate $3,515 to Cathedral Kitchen in Camden.

It was such a joy to deliver this check on your behalf and to see firsthand the passion and purpose Cathedral Kitchen brings to serving the community.

We are so grateful to everyone who participated, donated, and helped make this possible. Thank you for helping us spread smiles beyond our office. ❤️

With gratitude, Dr. K and Team
