Dr. James A. Spinelli, age 84, passed away peacefully at his home last Friday. Almost 50 years ago he opened his orthodontic practice in Pennsauken, which Dr. “K” took over in 2007.

Many of the parents and grandparents that bring their loved ones to appointments today were treated by Dr. Spinelli and remember him fondly. He was not just an outstanding orthodontist, but an exceptional man. Always the first to help out, with a gift to find the right words at the right time. With his wisdom and principal centered life, he was an example for all of us. Deeply rooted in his faith, he gave strength to others through his sheer presence.

Jim, thank you for everything you taught me, thank you for your inspiration and the example you set for me and everyone around you! You will be missed dearly!
