We had an amazing time at Pennington Day 2026 this past weekend!

Our team from DeSimone & Kelley Orthodontics loved being out on Main Street meeting families, answering questions and spending time connecting with so many familiar and new faces at our booth. From fun conversations to great energy all around, it was a highlight of our spring.

Meet Dr. Kelley!

Dr. Nick Kelley is a Board Certified Orthodontist dedicated to creating healthy, confident smiles. Originally from South Jersey, Dr. Kelley earned his bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University and went on to receive his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Temple University, followed by a general practice residency at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center.

Pursuing his passion for orthodontics, Dr. Kelley completed his specialty training at Jacksonville University in Florida, where he served as Chief Resident.

Outside of the office, Dr. Kelley enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Sophia and their two children, Georgia and Charles. He loves exploring his two favorite cities, New York and Philadelphia, discovering new restaurants and traveling with his family.

Dr. Kelley is thrilled to join the practice and welcome patients and families with personalized, high-quality orthodontic care. He looks forward to helping each patient achieve a healthy, confident smile they’ll love!

Meet Dr. DeSimone!

By way of Brown University, then Georgetown University School of Dentistry,
and Howard University Orthodontic Residency, Dr. DeSimone settled in
Hopewell Township, NJ. There she started her orthodontic practice and raised
four children with her husband, Sean.

Along with creating Dentalopoly, a project that helps provide dental care to
underserved communities, one of Dr. DeSimone’s greatest accomplishments is
joining forces with Dr. Kelley to create DeSimone & Kelley Orthodontics. As a
Board-certified orthodontist, she recognizes how fortunate the community is to
have Dr. Kelley provide his expertise to the practice. They both look
forward to welcoming you to the office to experience the highest level of care,
because everyone should have the smile they’ve always wanted!
