Electric toothbrushes make brushing easier and more effective—if you use them the right way! Follow these simple steps for a healthier, brighter smile:
✅ Apply a pea-sized amount of fluoride toothpaste.
✅ Hold the brush at a 45-degree angle to your gums.
✅ Let the brush do the work—no scrubbing! Simply guide it slowly along each tooth.
✅ Spend 30 seconds per quadrant (upper left, upper right, lower left, lower right) for a full 2-minute clean.
✅ Don’t forget your tongue for fresher breath!
