Thank you to the California Legislature for taking action in protecting dental care for millions of Californians. We now urge Governor Gavin Newsom to sign the budget and continue working alongside dentists, physicians, patient advocates and community health organizations to protect access to dental care for patients across the state.

Giving a special shoutout to our AMAZING Cuesta College Corps Fellow, Angie. This year, we had the opportunity to host a Fellow Cuesta student, and we could not have been more pleased to have Angie serve at our site. All the social media posts this past year have been created and run by Angie. She also helped put together dental hygiene kits for outreach events and assisted with any other needs during our fundraising events.

Thank you, Angie, for all your hard work and dedication to TCDC. We also want to congratulate you on being accepted into Cuesta’s Nursing Program. Wishing you all the best as you continue forward on your journey 🥳😁

Thank you, Assemblymember Dawn Addis,... "dentists will no longer be able to take Medi-Cal Dental."

For over 20 years, TCDC has been a quality, consistent pediatric oral healthcare provider for underserved and underinsured children throughout SLO County. The proposed cuts will be devastating to children in our community. There will be fewer providers, reduced access to care, and more emergencies from delayed or postponed preventive care.

Please let your voice be heard, contact Gavin Newsom, and let him know how shortsighted these cuts will be.
