Prayers for Dr Yung, Dulce, Laura, and the Manos Con Alas team, who left at 4:30am yesterday for their first mission trip of 2025 in Mexico! 🦷🪥🇲🇽🙏🏼💙

From our friend, team member, and audiologist, Dr Julia Shih's post: "2025’s first mission trip is a remarkable endeavor, in Ensenada once again with the extraordinary group Manos con Alas comprising of 6 dedicated dentists, a compassionate chiropractor, and myself, at a Calvary Church located in rural, outskirts of town, where we can make a profound difference. Last minute we scratched the plan of flying due to the rainy weather, instead we caravaned down in four vans, an exciting adventure. Spent the afternoon getting all equipments ready, we will start seeing patients today, a truly uplifting experience. So grateful that two pilots came down with the group to lend a helping hand, their selflessness is inspiring."

Dr Yung took his team to the happiest place on earth to celebrate his 2️⃣0️⃣th year anniversary of opening up his own dream practice! We have been blessed with an amazing team who love what they do and take care of our patients.

Since opening in 2004, Dr. Yung and his office have been voted BEST DENTIST in Pasadena since 2007! We are thankful for so many wonderful patients & families!! 🌹🦷🪥

Shout out to Dr. Yung for all his dedication & volunteer work over decades! If it's not a quarterly Mission trip to Mexico, his Wednesdays have included Grad Night painting for his high school senior and free dental screenings for the Young & Healthy organization in Pasadena. Today he is at Sierra Madre elementary school. 🦷🪥💙

Young & Healthy is a nonprofit in Pasadena connecting people to healthcare — dental, medical and mental. Young & Healthy maintains a network of more than 350 physicians, dentists, mental health and other professional health providers.

Dr. Yung & his oldest daughter went on their 2nd mission trip together, with the non-profit Manos Con Alas, to provide dental services to the impoverished village of El Zorillo. Dr Yung is on the Board and goes quarterly.
