Unpopular opinion: flossing is actually not that bad once you make it a habit. We know, we know. But hear us out. The first week is the hardest because your gums are not used to it and they may bleed a little. That is actually a sign that you need it more, not a reason to stop. Once you floss consistently for two weeks your gums toughen up, the bleeding stops, and the whole thing takes about 60 seconds. You have 60 seconds.
