✨Meet Ana✨

Ana is Dr. Torres’s assistant here at Paragon Dental and has been a valued member for 4 years. With 15+ years of experience as a dental assistant, she is known for her compassion, attention to detail, dedication to patient comfort and care.

Outside of the office, Ana is a proud parent of three children Ileyana, Anthony, and Jayden. Family time is very important to her, whether it’s spent outdoors, listening to music, or creating memories together.
She also enjoys traveling ✈️ and exploring new places, always bringing curiosity and gratitude into everything she does. We are so grateful to have Ana!

Abbie is Dr. Carter’s dental assistant here at Paragon Dental and has been a valued member of our team for 2 years. Her dedication, attention to detail, and compassionate approach help ensure that every patient receives the best possible care and comfort during their visit.

Outside of the office, Abbie enjoys her life in Papillion with her husband and their two dogs 🐾 She loves spending quality time at home and with loved ones when she’s not busy helping patients achieve healthier smiles. We are so grateful for everything she brings to our team each day!

As we refresh our look and launch our new website, we’re excited to reintroduce the heart of our practice, Drs. Matthew and Coatlicue Carter. Beyond being dedicated dentists, they are also a happily married couple who have built Paragon Dental on a strong foundation of family, trust, and shared values. Their partnership in both life and dentistry has helped shape the welcoming and supportive environment our patients know and love.

Together, they are passionate about helping patients achieve healthier smiles while supporting overall wellness. Drs. While walking along a beach, an elderly gentleman saw someone in the distance leaning down, picking something up, and throwing it into the ocean. He came closer and called out,
“Good morning! May I ask what it is that you are doing?”
The young man paused, looked up, and replied “Throwing starfish into the ocean.”
The old man smiled, and said, “I must ask, then, why are you throwing starfish into the ocean?” The young man replied, “The sun is up and the tide is going out. If I don’t throw them in, they’ll die.” The elderly observer commented, “But, young man, do you not realize that there are miles and miles of beach and there are starfish all along every mile? You can’t possibly make a difference!” The young man listened politely. Then he bent down, picked up another starfish, threw it back into the ocean past the breaking waves, and said, “I made a difference for that one.”
We believe that no matter how great or small the effort, we can make an impact.
