Gum care, also known as gum health, refers to the practices and routines aimed at maintaining the health and well-being of your gums. Healthy gums are essential for overall oral health and can prevent issues such as gum disease, gingivitis, periodontitis. Here are a couple key aspects of gum care:

🦷Regular Brushing: Brush your teeth at least twice a day with a fluoride toothpaste. Make sure to brush along the gum-line to remove plaque and bacteria that can cause gum problems.

🦷Proper Technique: Use a soft-bristle toothbrush and gentle, circular motions when brushing. Avoid brushing too hard, as it can damage your gums.
