Today is a bittersweet day at All Heart Dental.
Our longtime dental assistant, Brenda, is wrapping up her role as our Lead Dental Assistant. She’s leaving for the best reason possible—she’s pursuing her dream of becoming a dental hygienist! While we are incredibly excited for her, we’re also so sad that we won’t be working alongside her every day.
This has been a lifelong dream of Brenda’s, one that she recently fought hard to achieve, and we couldn’t be more proud.
Brenda was part of this practice even before I (Dr. Natalie) took over eight years ago. Personally, she has been my right hand—quite literally. Through every challenge, every growing pain, and every success, she has been by my side. Her work ethic is unmatched, and she is the definition of a team player.
Beyond being an exceptional assistant, she has become a dear friend—someone who has supported me through days that seemed impossible to get through. Her loyalty, positivity, and dedication have left a lasting mark on our team and our patients.
Her journey here is a testament to her determination. She started as a floating assistant, then became a hygiene assistant, and eventually our lead doctor’s assistant. Along the way, she pursued every opportunity to grow, earning every assisting certification available, including her pediatric certification, all while working toward her ultimate goal.
I know our patients will miss seeing her every day, but for our lucky Saturday patients, you’ll still get to see her around!
Brenda, we are so proud of you and cannot wait to welcome you back one day as one of our hygienists. Thank you for giving your very best to this team and to every patient who walked through our doors. Your impact on All Heart Dental will be felt for years to come.
