Did you know September is
National Gum Care Month?

Here are some quick tips to keep your gums nice and healthy!

1. Brush throughly and gently. Replace tooth brush every 3 to 4 months. Brushing too rough and with an old toothbrush can irritate the gums and make them recede.

2. Visit your dentist every 6 months! Make sure a specialist can check if your gums are nice and healthy

3. Limit Sugary, Sticky, and Starchy foods
That damage teeth and gums and build up plaque.

4. Avoid Cigarette and To***co Products as they harm gums and teeth over time.

4-Daily Essential Tips

1. Floss. Yes Floss first! loosen up the plaque so that the brush can thoroughly clean

2. Brush. For 2 minutes. on teeth, gums, and tongue

3. Rinse. Whether it be with mouth wash or water. Eliminate bad breath and prevent cavities

4. REPEAT. Twice at least everyday morning, evening or after meals
