✨POV: When your patient asks, “So… what should I NOT do after my tooth extraction?” 🦷👀

Rule #1: Protect that blood clot! It’s an important part of the healing process.

After an extraction, avoid:
❌ Smoking or va**ng
❌ Drinking through a straw
❌ Forceful spitting or rinsing
❌ Hard, crunchy, or very hot foods
❌ Touching the extraction site with your tongue or fingers
❌ Intense exercise for the first 24–48 hours
