Ever since Maggie Davis founded Florida Tongue Tie Institute, she has been committed to offering the best treatments that help children develop and grow. As a Board-Certified pediatric dentist, she is experienced in providing friendly and caring dentistry for young patients. However, it wasn’t until she became a mom that she realized her passion for treating children with tongue and lip ties. Her son had difficulty nursing early on, which led her to begin her journey. Since then, she has taken various advanced training courses throughout the country. She also earned her Certification in Infant and Pediatric Tongue Ties and Lip Ties given by the American Board of Laser Surgery. Plus, she is a graduate of Dr. Richard Baxter’s Tongue Tie Academy and TOTS: Tethered Oral Tissue program.
