A quick recovery checklist for the first few days after wisdom teeth removal:

→ Rest for the first 24 hours.
→ Ice the outside of your jaw.
→ Soft foods only (yogurt, mashed potatoes, smoothies without seeds or a straw).
→ No straws, no smoking, no spitting for 3 days.
→ Take medication as prescribed.
