June is Oral Health Month, aka the perfect time to show your smile some extra love! ☀️

If you’re in braces or aligners, here are some tips to keep your smile healthy all summer long:
- Brush after every meal (yes, even that quick snack!)
- Floss daily (threaders or a water flosser make it easier)
- Skip sticky, crunchy, or chewy foods that can damage brackets
- Use mouthwash to fight off plaque & keep gums happy
- Don’t miss your adjustment appointments
- They keep progress on track!
