Dr. Higginson received his certification and Master of Science in Orthodontics from Washington University in St. He is a board certified orthodontist by the American Board of Orthodontics and a member of the College of Diplomats of the ABO. He is a member of the American and Southern A

ssociations of Orthodontists, and the American and Kentucky Dental Associations. He is a past president of the Green River Dental Society and the Western Kentucky Orthodontic Study Group. Dr. Higginson has served as a license examiner for the Orthodontic Specialty Board, as a trained insurance advisor for the American Association of Orthodontists, and as a delegate to the Kentucky Dental Association.
