We're trading brackets for scholarships for a few days this October.🎓

Moon Orthodontics is teaming up with VU to support scholarship celebrations at all five Blue Valley high schools. Students will get to see real scholarship offers matched to their academic achievements, giving them a look at college opportunities they may not have known were available.

Dr. Moon is excited to help bring these events to our local schools and celebrate what Blue Valley students have worked hard to accomplish.

School is starting soon! Here are some Back-to-School Snacks That Are Braces-Friendly! 😁

Packing lunches for a child with braces? The right snacks can help keep their smile comfortable while protecting brackets and wires.

Try these braces-friendly favorites:
🥛 Yogurt or cheese sticks
🍌 Bananas and other soft fruits
🧃 Applesauce or fruit cups
🥚 Hard-boiled eggs
🥪 Soft sandwiches (cut into bite-sized pieces)
🥕 Steamed veggies instead of raw crunchy ones
🥜 Smooth nut butter with soft bread or crackers
🍿 Skip the popcorn, hard candies, and sticky caramel—they can damage braces!
