After three days of treating 330 patients, the team still had energy for one more thing. A baseball game with the local kids. ⚾

No dental chairs. No instruments. Just a dirt field, palm trees, and a whole lot of laughs.

This is the part of a mission trip that doesn't show up in the numbers but stays with you just as long.

Dr. Larsen is home now, recharged and ready to take care of his favorite community. Our Oro Valley one. Welcome back, Doc. We missed you.

330 people. Three days. One team.

Dr. Larsen and our crew just returned from the Dominican Republic and we are still processing everything they experienced.

Day 1: 85+ patients treated.
Day 2: 95+ patients treated.
Day 3: 150+ patients treated.

Fillings, extractions, cleanings, and health screenings. Even an ortho bracket recemented for a kid who just needed someone to show up. The youngest patient was 4 weeks old. The oldest was 95.
That little girl in the purple sunglasses? She left with a brand new toothbrush and the biggest smile. And Dr. Larsen working chairside with a mom holding her child steady, no dental chair, no fancy equipment, just care happening wherever it needed to happen.

That's what this trip was about.

Thank you to everyone who donated, cheered us on, and followed along this week. You were part of this, too.
