Just started your smile journey? It’s completely normal to feel some tenderness for 3–5 days after an adjustment, or to feel like your lips and cheeks are "learning" where the new brackets are.

How to get comfortable:
• Stick to soft foods until the initial tenderness fades.
• Manage pain safely: Stick to Tylenol (Acetaminophen) for discomfort. Other pain relievers like Ibuprofen or Aspirin can actually slow down the tooth movement we are working so hard to achieve!
• Soothe irritation: A warm salt-water rinse works wonders for sore spots.

Brains, Braces and Butterbeer!
✨This past weekend we had an amazing time at the AAO conference in Orlando! 🦷 We learned some new skills by day and tested our courage on roller coasters by night 🎢.
