Today is bittersweet at Dr. Phillips Dentistry as we celebrate Will and send him off to an exciting new chapter in his career! Will has worked hard, stepped up, continued learning, and shown exactly what can happen when you’re willing to grow beyond your comfort zone. Now, all that hard work is paying off as he takes the next step from the front desk to Office Manager! 🎉

We may be losing one of our familiar faces at the front, but another team is gaining one incredible leader. 🙌

Will, we’re incredibly proud of everything you’ve accomplished and can’t wait to watch you make this new role your own. Just remember where your fan club is when you become a big-time boss! 😂✨

It was Baby Marlon’s very first trip to Dr. Phillips Dentistry, and let’s just say… he completely stole the show while Mommy was getting her treatment done! 🥹✨

According to Mom, Marlon is happiest doing two things:

⚽️ Watching soccer
🦷 Hanging out at the dentist
Honestly, we think he has excellent taste. 😎

Between those adorable smiles and his front-row seat to all the dental action, Marlon already has the whole office wrapped around his tiny finger. And while this visit may have technically been for Mom, we’re pretty sure Marlon earned Patient of the Day. 🏆👶

Thanks for making our day, Baby Marlon! We can't wait to watch that little smile grow. 💚
