Our focus is to provide our patients with not only personable, friendly service, but also the most technologically advanced dentistry available. From the moment you step into our Orlando dental office you will see we pride ourselves in modern dental care, from the design of our office down to the technology we offer. At Nona Smiles, we only use digital X-rays, which subject our patients to 90% less radiation than traditional X-rays. Our operatories each have intraoral cameras and monitors, allowing us to show our patients their teeth before and after procedures, creating a much more interactive experience for patient education. We are also one of the few dental offices in Orlando that have the Galileos 3D Scanner; this advanced technology allows Dr. Melendez to offer the best in dental implant placement. The visualization tools in this software are so precise that they allow a better, more certain diagnosis. Using the 3D images taken with the scan, we can create a computer-assisted surgery guide. This method is exceptional and allows no margin for error, as the entire dental implant placement is done through the surgical template. There is no need for cutting of the gums, which leads to less bleeding, swelling, and pain during recovery time. In addition to remaining on top of technology in our field, we also believe in running a green office. From our digital charts to our paperless forms, we even bring in the colors of our office to emphasize the feel of green dentistry at Nona Smiles. Dr. Melendez and our team offer a comprehensive list of general, restorative, and cosmetic dental services to meet your needs.
