"My experience was okay overall, but I think I expected too much based on the reviews. I would still give 5 stars for Dr. Palmer—he’s the only reason I liked my visit.

Unfortunately, my first impression at the front desk wasn’t great. The staff didn’t feel very approachable. During checkout, I had a few questions, and it was already difficult to speak because my mouth was numb, but the receptionist seemed annoyed by me.." says Ivy on Google

I'm myself a cardiologist.
Dr. Palmer's assistant Maria is also very respectful , has very pleasant personality and helpful.
