Happy First Day of Fall, Orland Park! 🍂

Mid-September check-in! 🍂 How are those post-Labor Day habits holding up?

Now that the school and work routines are settled, it’s easy to let quick habits slip—like rushing through your evening brushing or forgetting to pop your aligners back in after lunch.

Here is your gentle mid-month reminder:

🦷 2 minutes, 2x a day (braces need extra attention around the brackets!)

📦 Keep your case close (aligners belong in their case, never in a napkin!)

💧 Water is your best friend (swish after snacks to keep things clean on the go)

You've got this! Drop a 💙 if your smile routine is on track this week!

Did you know that modern braces use technology originally developed by NASA? 🚀✨

The super-flexible archwires used in modern braces are made from a special nickel-titanium alloy (Nitinol) that was engineered for NASA space programs!

What makes it so special? It's ultra flexible with shape memory metal. When bent to fit your teeth, this shape memory causes the wire to gently pull back toward its original straight shape.

So yes... wearing braces technically makes you an astronaut with space-age tech on your team! 😉
