Play your favorite song while brushing to ensure you are brushing your teeth for
the recommended amount of time.

Do you place a cap on your toothbrush after brushing your teeth? You might
want to rethink that practice after this.

Placing a cap on your toothbrush has been found to be more harmful than
leaving it without one. Bacteria grow in moist environments, and placing a cap
on your toothbrush would enable such an environment 🚫🦠.

To limit bacteria growth, be sure to leave your toothbrush uncapped to let it dry naturally.
