There’s a lot more to being a Realtor than selling houses.

It’s helping families find a place to raise their babies. It’s helping someone enjoy the mortgage they worked so hard to earn. It’s helping a first-time buyer turn “maybe one day” into “we actually did it.” It’s attracting clients who become friends along the way.

And honestly? I wouldn’t want it any other way.

Kind of chic. Kind of personal. And very much why I love what I do.

I didn’t get to post my second closing of the day yesterday, but this one deserves to be recognized. 🤍

While my first closing yesterday was the quickest sale of my career, this second one was easily the most complex transaction I’ve ever handled. And let me tell y’all… it tested me.

This is exactly why who you choose to represent you matters.

When you’re faced with the most unexpected obstacles when you’re oh-so-close to the finish line, communication matters. Patience matters. Thinking outside the box when things are falling apart matters. Having an agent on the other side who is just as determined to find a solution matters. Choosing the right lender matters (that’s a whole other story 🥴). And most importantly, having someone in your corner who genuinely has your best interest at heart and isn’t afraid to be stern when it’s time to get things done—matters.

And through ALL of it, my sellers were absolutely incredible. They trusted me, they were patient, and they never stopped working with me to find a way forward.

Mrs. Nancy told me on the phone AND at the closing table that she had gained the “uttermost respect and appreciation for Realtors” after this transaction.

That honestly gave me the most overwhelming feeling of pride and confirmation that I chose the right career.

These are the transactions that remind me exactly why I do what I do. ❤️

6 days on the market. 7 showings. 3 offers (and a potential 4th) later… we’re CLOSED! 🏡🎉

And the craziest part? This property went from under contract to closed in just 3 days. Yes, THREE DAYS — the quickest sale of my entire career!

A huge thank you to Emily Soileau for trusting me with the opportunity to list and sell your investment property! She was ready to get this one off her plate, and after all the hard work she and her family put into getting it market-ready, I told her, “I’ll take care of the rest.” And we did just that! 🤝🏼

And I can’t leave out the buyers’ agent, McKenzie Trappey! She was just as motivated, responsive, and eager to make this happen for everyone involved. When you have agents on both sides who are ready to WORK, things can move FAST!
