What better day than Taylor Swift release day to spotlight one of Intentional Dentistry’s biggest Swifties — and one of the women who helped start it all! ✨

Meet Dr. Ashley Rainbolt, co-founder and owner of Intentional Dentistry alongside Dr. Stephanie Vondrak.

If you know Dr. Rainbolt, you know how deeply she cares about people. She’s incredibly empathetic, genuinely invested in her patients, and always curious about the WHY behind what someone is experiencing. She listens, asks questions, and looks beyond the obvious — a combination of compassion and curiosity that has become such an important part of the way she practices dentistry.

One of Dr. Rainbolt’s greatest professional passions is tethered oral tissues (TOTs). She completed her training through The Breathe Institute, a global leader in airway, sleep, and functional health education. And when it comes to continuing to learn and dig deeper, she’s always Ready For It. 😉

As a tethered oral tissue release provider, Dr. Rainbolt evaluates and treats tongue, lip, and cheek ties that may affect oral function, feeding, breathing, sleep, growth and development, and overall wellness. To her, a release is never simply a procedure — it’s one piece of a much bigger picture.

That’s why collaboration is such an important part of her approach. She works closely with myofunctional therapists, lactation professionals, and other providers to address the whole person and help create the best possible functional outcome.

Outside the office, Dr. Rainbolt and her husband, Pat, have two sons, Will and Tommy. Most weekends, you can find them cheering the boys on at sporting events — and when their calendar gives them a little Blank Space, they love hitting the road to explore National Parks across the country. 🏞️

We’re so grateful for the heart she pours into Intentional Dentistry, the compassion she shows our patients, and the way she genuinely cares for the people around her. If you’ve had the chance to meet Dr. Rainbolt, you probably know that All Too Well. 💚

We’re so excited to introduce Emilee, our newest full-time dental hygienist!

Emilee is originally from Brandon, South Dakota, and graduated from the University of South Dakota’s Dental Hygiene Program. 🎓 After making the move to Omaha, she joined the Intentional Dentistry team in June 2026 and has quickly become such a great addition to our hygiene team!

With Emilee joining, we’ve been able to expand our schedule and offer even more hygiene appointment availability for both our current AND new patients! 🙌🏼 So if you’re due for a cleaning or looking for a new dental home, we’d love to see you!

Happy 30th Birthday to Ariel! 🥳

Today is an extra special birthday. Ariel is turning 30 on the 30th which means it’s her GOLDEN birthday! 💛

Ariel joined the Intentional Dentistry team in January 2026 and has quickly become such a wonderful part of our front desk crew. She helps keep our days running smoothly and is always there to welcome our patients with a friendly face.

When she’s not at the office, Ariel loves spending time with her family and her sweet pup, Murphy. 🐾

This October, Lacey and Mace are heading to Mexico to say “I do!” 🌴☀️💍 We couldn’t be happier for them and loved getting to shower her before the big day!

Happy Birthday to our dental assistant, Mikelle! 🥳

Since June 2020, Mikelle has been Dr. Rainbolt’s right hand — or more accurately, her left hand — in the dental op. She’s an essential part of caring for our tiniest patients by assisting Dr. Rainbolt with infant tongue-tie and lip-tie laser procedures and helping families feel comfortable and supported during their entire visit.

For her birthday, we couldn’t resist sharing a throwback… yes, that adorable little baby in the photo is Mikelle herself!

We’re so grateful for everything you do and are lucky to have you as part of the Intentional Dentistry family. We hope you have the best birthday!

Your dental hygienist is doing WAY more than just “cleaning your teeth”. They’re screening for gum disease, managing inflammation, monitoring your airway, and helping prevent problems before they ever start.

Liz and Sierra have been caring for our patients since 2018, and Abbey joined us in 2023 right after graduating hygiene school. Together, they bring experience, compassion, and a whole lot of heart to what they do.
