Happy 30th Birthday to Ariel! 🥳

Today is an extra special birthday. Ariel is turning 30 on the 30th which means it’s her GOLDEN birthday! 💛

Ariel joined the Intentional Dentistry team in January 2026 and has quickly become such a wonderful part of our front desk crew. She helps keep our days running smoothly and is always there to welcome our patients with a friendly face.

When she’s not at the office, Ariel loves spending time with her family and her sweet pup, Murphy. 🐾

This October, Lacey and Mace are heading to Mexico to say “I do!” 🌴☀️💍 We couldn’t be happier for them and loved getting to shower her before the big day!

Happy Birthday to our dental assistant, Mikelle! 🥳

Since June 2020, Mikelle has been Dr. Rainbolt’s right hand — or more accurately, her left hand — in the dental op. She’s an essential part of caring for our tiniest patients by assisting Dr. Rainbolt with infant tongue-tie and lip-tie laser procedures and helping families feel comfortable and supported during their entire visit.

For her birthday, we couldn’t resist sharing a throwback… yes, that adorable little baby in the photo is Mikelle herself!

We’re so grateful for everything you do and are lucky to have you as part of the Intentional Dentistry family. We hope you have the best birthday!

Your dental hygienist is doing WAY more than just “cleaning your teeth”. They’re screening for gum disease, managing inflammation, monitoring your airway, and helping prevent problems before they ever start.

Liz and Sierra have been caring for our patients since 2018, and Abbey joined us in 2023 right after graduating hygiene school. Together, they bring experience, compassion, and a whole lot of heart to what they do.

Our team of dentists and dental hygienists from both offices invested six hours of their day off in advanced Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) training to ensure we deliver this treatment with the highest level of precision and care.

As only the second office in the Omaha area to offer GBT, Vondrak Dental is bringing a more advanced, patient-centered approach to preventive dentistry.

Using air, WARM water, and a fine powder, GBT gently removes biofilm — the bacteria responsible for cavities, gum disease, and chronic inflammation.

The result is a cleaner, more comfortable experience and a higher standard of care before disease has a chance to progress.

Dr. Vondrak and Dr. Rainbolt were proud to support the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women event which raises awareness and funds to fight heart disease and stroke in women. At Intentional Dentistry, we believe in caring for the whole person because oral health and heart health go hand in hand.
