Omaha Periodontics and Implant Dentistry is looking for a full time dental assistant to join our team. Someone who is well-organized with great attention to detail.

Responsibilities include:
Welcoming patients and preparing them for treatment
Instrument set-up and clean up
Sterilization
Chair-side assisting
Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
Schedule appointments
Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures

Requirements:
Preferred experience as dental assistant
High school diploma; graduating from dental assistant school is preferred
Radiology certification preferred
Coronal polishing certification preferred
Additional certification or training is an asset

Hours Needed:
Monday-Wednesday 7:45am-5:00pm (one hour lunch)
Friday 7:45am-2:00pm

As the Omaha mask mandate is lifted on Tuesday, May 25th, 2021, we would like to inform you of our continued practice to protect our patients and staff.

Omaha Periodontics will CONTINUE to REQUIRE A MASK when patients enter the building, sit in the reception area, and move about the building.

Patients may remove their mask once seated in the exam room and instructed by a staff member.

As a healthcare facility, we will make every effort to keep our patients and staff safe. We will continue to make adjustments to our policies as necessary.

We appreciate your continued understanding and patience during the everchanging pandemic.
