Why do you come in for your “cleanings”? Just to get your teeth cleaned?
The main focus of your check ups is to check for any infections including caries (cavities). Digital X-rays are so important to see below the surface, BEFORE things start to hurt. You wouldn’t take your car in for an oil change and tell them “don’t pop the hood”.
Treat things when they are small. Nothing ever gets cheaper and smaller the longer you wait!
