Sierra, our dental hygienist, brought her one-year-old daughter in to see Dr. Kyrk to have her first dental check up!

At her visit, Tenley got to explore and brush our mouth model, let Dr. Kyrk look at her teeth, apply a fluoride treatment, and even took home a goodie bag full of dental essentials. She was a rockstar from start to finish! 🌟🪥

The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry recommends a child’s first dental visit by age one or within six months of their first tooth. These early visits are so important for creating positive experiences, preventing issues, and building healthy habits for life.
