Cases like this are some of the most challenging, and most rewarding, to be part of.

This young patient presented with a significant underbite, several missing teeth, and a very complex bite relationship. On top of that, previous dental treatment had closed spaces and moved tooth roots into positions that made restorative planning much more difficult.

With cases like this, success comes from collaboration and careful planning. Working alongside my local orthodontist, , we mapped out a strategy to improve both function and appearance, knowing the front teeth would require some creative problem-solving.

By incorporating custom porcelain restorations and pink porcelain, we were able to recreate proper proportions and achieve a smile that looks natural while supporting a more balanced bite.

The real goal is helping a patient feel confidence

This patient came to our office with one simple goal: “I just want to finally fix my teeth.”

She had been struggling with advanced periodontal disease, significant bone loss, and multiple areas of severe decay, leaving her frustrated and lacking confidence in her smile. After visiting several dental offices, she ultimately chose our team because she felt comfortable with our experience in managing complex, full-mouth cases.

Following a comprehensive evaluation and detailed treatment planning, we worked closely with our trusted local oral surgeons to develop a solution using dental implants to rebuild her smile and restore function.

The result is more than just new teeth. It’s renewed confidence, improved oral health, and a smile she’s proud to share again.

Helping patients reclaim their health and confidence is why we love what we do.

This local business owner came to our office concerned about what she called her “one small tooth.”

After a clinical exam, we discovered she had a very common tooth anomaly called peg laterals. This occurs when the second tooth on either side of the upper front teeth does not fully develop, leaving it smaller, cone-shaped, or pointed compared to the surrounding teeth.

While it’s a relatively common condition, it can have a big impact on the balance and symmetry of a smile.

Her goal was simple: she wanted that tooth to blend naturally with the rest of her smile.

Through careful treatment planning and custom shade appointments with our laboratory technicians, we designed a veneer that perfectly matched the color, shape, and proportions of her natural teeth.

The result is a seamless smile that looks completely natural and a patient who can finally stop worrying about that “one small tooth.”

This patient came to our office with severe decay and advanced periodontal disease, leaving many of his teeth with a very poor long-term prognosis. After a comprehensive evaluation and an in-depth discussion of his options, we determined that preserving the remaining teeth would not provide a predictable outcome.

Together, we decided that a full-arch dental implant solution using the All-on-X concept would offer the most stable and long-lasting result.

With the Teeth-in-a-Day / All-on-X implant approach, strategically placed dental implants were used to support a full arch of fixed teeth. This allowed us to remove the failing teeth, place implants, and deliver a new functional smile the very same day.

The result is more than just new teeth, it’s restored function, renewed confidence, and the ability to smile again without hesitation.

For this patient, it meant finally getting back the smile he had lost many years ago.

This patient first came to our office embarrassed to smile in public. Years of grinding and neglect had taken a serious toll on his teeth, leaving him with dark, heavily worn teeth, infections, fractures, and several missing teeth. Like many patients, he was also fearful of dental treatment, which caused him to delay getting the care he needed for quite some time.

Due to the complexity of his case, his treatment was carefully planned. This allowed us to properly remove infected teeth, place dental implants, and rebuild a healthy, stable foundation before restoring his smile with custom implant-supported bridges.

The result is a complete smile transformation.

He was absolutely thrilled with the outcome. Today, he has a smile he’s proud of, can eat comfortably again, and most importantly spend time with family.

This patient came to us
looking to refresh her smile after nearly 20
years with her original veneers.

Over time, natural gum recession had
exposed the margins of the old restorations.
Once that happens, the seal can break down
allowing staining, leakage, and eventually
decay to develop around the edges.

After removing the old veneers and treating
the decay, we rebuilt her smile with new
custom porcelain veneers designed to restore
both health and esthetics.

Her one request?
"Make them as white as possible."

While ultra-bright shades can limit some of
the natural characterization we typically
incorporate into a smile design, our goal is
always to balance patient preferences with
natural proportions and function.

In the end, she walked out with a fresh, bright
smile and renewed confidence.

Sometimes dentistry is about artistry ..... and
sometimes it's about giving patients the smile
they've always envisioned.

This patient came to our office feeling frustrated and discouraged after spending an extended period in temporary crowns. She was unhappy with the appearance of her smile, the spacing of her teeth, and previous implant work, and ultimately wanted to feel confident smiling again.

After a thorough consultation, we determined that redoing the implants was not necessary. Instead, we took a creative and conservative approach, completing her treatment using a combination of implant-supported crowns and veneers. By incorporating pink porcelain to replace lost gum tissue, we were able to restore proper proportions and harmony to her smile, resulting in a natural, balanced outcome she can feel proud of.

No prep veneers are ultra-thin porcelain bonded directly to the tooth, requiring minimal or no enamel reshaping. This conservative cosmetic option is ideal for correcting small teeth spacing or gaps, or for adding fullness. However, they are not suitable for teeth that are rotated, crowded, or already full; in those cases, minimal prep veneers would be needed

We offer a complimentary consultation to help you determine the best options for your teeth.
