Things I do when I’m not dentisting… 🎨🎶

A little singing, a little coloring, and some time for myself. Sharing a few pages from my coloring book—and a different side of the person behind your smile. 💛

FROM CROWDING TO CONFIDENCE ✨

This smile transformation was completed with a personalized combination of Invisalign and implant dentistry.

First, Invisalign clear aligners were used to correct crowding and create healthier, more balanced alignment. Then, a dental implant restored the missing tooth—bringing function and the smile together.

And his reaction when he saw the result? That says everything. 🤍

At Smiles by Joshi, treatment is planned around the whole person: alignment, function, long-term oral health, and a smile that still looks naturally yours.

COSMETIC DENTIST IN OLNEY, MD | WHERE FUNCTION MEETS BEAUTY ✨

This smile transformation was about so much more than cosmetics.

Our patient had cracked and compromised teeth that needed additional strength and protection. Through personalized smile design and restorative cosmetic dentistry, crowns were used to help protect the affected teeth while improving the shape, proportion, symmetry, and overall harmony of her smile.

The goal was not to give her someone else’s smile. It was to create a stronger, functional, beautifully balanced smile that still looked naturally hers. 🤍

And perhaps our favorite part of the journey? After completing treatment, she surprised our team with an Edible Arrangement and the sweetest message: “Thank you so much to the whole team!” 🍓

Moments like this mean the world to us.

Beautiful dentistry should do more than look beautiful—it should bring health, function, and esthetics together.

When your gym buddy becomes your patient 🏋️‍♀️🦷💕

From working out together to taking care of her smile! So happy to welcome my gym buddy to Smiles by Joshi as a new patient. 💙

One of my favorite things about dentistry is when friendships and connections in our community find their way into the office. And of course… we had to get a picture with those smiles! 😁✨

✨ The sweetest thank-you! 🍓💐

Yesterday, we had the privilege of completing a beautiful cosmetic smile transformation for our wonderful patient, Pat. 🦷✨ Final smile reveal video to follow but this is just a glimpse into temporary phase that helps us establish the final teeth position, smile analysis, function and speech.

And today, she surprised our entire team with this gorgeous Edible Arrangements gift and the sweetest note: “Thank you so much to the whole team.” ❤️

These are the moments that mean so much to us. We’re grateful not only to be trusted with our patients’ smiles, but also to build relationships that go beyond the dental chair.

Pat, thank you for trusting Smiles by Joshi with your smile journey and for making our whole team feel so appreciated! 🥰

Your radiant new smile is the best reward—but this thoughtful gesture truly made our day! 💕🦷
