April is Oral Cancer Awareness Month, an annual observation, to bring awareness that early detection of oral cancer can decrease morbidity and increase long term survival.
The American Cancer Society's most recent estimate for oral cancers in 2024 in the United States are that close to 60,000 new cases will be diagnosed and approximately 12,230 patients will die from oral cancer.

With mixed emotions after 33 years I have decided to retire. It has been a pleasure getting to know each of you and providing care to your families. I'm grateful to have been surrounded and supported by many wonderfully caring and knowledgable staff who have made it a joy coming to work over the years.

I am happy to announce Dr Brendan Duede will be assuming the responsibility of caring for our patients including many friends and family. Dr Brendan has 15 years private practice experience, he is well trained compassionate dental professional who is committed to maintaining the high stand of care you have come to expect from our team. You will be please to know along with Dr Brendan you will continue to see the rest of our dedicated staff friendly faces at your next dental visit.

I sincerely thank you for your loyalty and confidence throughout the years. It has been a joy to visit with you and provide your care during my career.
