Let's play a game of truth or dare. Truth: Are you actually flossing every day? 👀

If you answered yes, awesome! But how are you flossing? Many people make the mistake of just snapping the string straight down between their teeth, hitting the gums like a guillotine, and pulling it back out. (Ouch!)

To actually get rid of plaque without hurting your gums, you need to use the "C-Shape" Method:

1️⃣ Guide the floss gently between your teeth.

2️⃣ Wrap the floss into a "C" shape around the side of one tooth.

3️⃣ Slide it gently up and down against the tooth surface, slightly below the gumline.

4️⃣ Snap it over to the neighboring tooth and repeat!

It takes an extra 10 seconds, but your gums will thank you. Try it tonight! 🧼
