TOTs is an acronym for Tethered Oral Tissue(s)…which is a general term for any lip, tongue, or cheek tie. TOTs can cause issues for a child or even a parent (if breastfeeding).

Keeping those little smiles bright starts with the “2x2 rule”! Help your kiddos stay on track by brushing for two minutes, twice a day.

🪥 Tip from the MPD team: Try using a fun two-minute song or a sand timer to make brushing feel less like a chore and more like a game!
