Chewing Gum and Dentures!

A common myth we hear is you can't chew gum with your dentures. You actually can and there are a few options to pick from to make it easier!

-Freedent is long-standing favorite for denture wearers to enjoy
-Orbit is sugar free and that keeps the stickiness away, it's also a little softer so that's helpful!
-Any Xylitol Gum like Pur or Spry also sugar free!

Really avoid any bubble gum or sugary gums, they love to stick to natural teeth too!
