Fun case. Pt was willing to do staged implant placement which allowed for ideal implant placement with tooth borne surgical guides. During healing we used 3D printed denture where we corrected crossbite. Tried the impression post for first time (thanks Adam Nutty). Digital planning through BlueSky Bio, 3D printed denture via phrozen 8k printer until everything healed and flapless uncovery using Surgical guide to control tissue punch. Temp teeth with Sculpture 2.0 delivered within 12 hrs post impression and seated perfectly. Zirconium teeth will be used for final.
