It's important to plan ahead and make sure you have enough time for an appointment.
One appointment takes about 90 minutes total.
While the actual whitening process is only 60 minutes, I add on some buffer time for everything else.
It takes some time to get set up, apply the gel, rinses in between rounds and explain the process.
We may not use up all the 90 minutes planned for but I like to make sure we have enough time to give the best results!

What if I have fake teeth? What if I have a crown, a filling, or veneers, can I still whiten my teeth?
The answer is YES you can!
My only rule is that it has to be more than 6 months old. If it's brand new, there's no staining on it, so there's not much I can do.
The best advice I can give is come to me BEFORE you get your filling, crown, etc. That way the dentist can match the fake tooth to your natural brightest white.
I can only whiten the fake tooth as white as the day it was put in. Eventually they will get staining just like your real teeth. So yes, teeth whitening is still an option for you!

Is there an age limit when it comes to getting your teeth whitened?

Ideally about 15 or older is perfect for teeth whitening.

If you're too young, your teeth are still growing or you're still loosing some baby teeth. If you have braces, I suggest to make an appointment when you get them off.

On the other end, no age is too late to get your teeth whitened. I actually really like to do aged teeth and get all those years of stains off. It's such a fun transformation!

When using the stronger % of whitening gel, I will always add a complementary layer of protection to your gums to prevent sensitivity.

I have been loving the results from using the 35% whitening gels!
