It was three days of learning from the best implant surgeons from all over the world, with 38 states and 22 countries represented. Another beautiful transformation. Replacing an upper denture and decaying lower teeth with permanent screwed in teeth on implants. Teeth delivered the day after surgery. Patient is able to chew and smile like they did back when they had a full mouth of healthy teeth.

When a patient’s bone and gums can support it, we can fabricate a prosthetic with only teeth and no gums. These surgeries are more technique sensitive, as we have very little room for error as for where the screw access holes are, but the results can be beautiful! Our patient was ecstatic to see her new teeth and is coming back for her lower teeth in a few weeks! Dr. Jeff takes the time to tailor the treatment to every patient to ensure that you get the best result for your particular situation. As always, no time in dentures and teeth delivered the day after surgery.

Another 24 hour full mouth transformation! Six upper and six lower implants, all loaded immediately with no dentures necessary. In this case, we were able to correct a “Class 3” underbite and deliver this patient’s perfect smile. Each case is unique, and we spend a great deal of time to create the appropriate surgical and prosthetic plan for each and every patient. These cases are not “one size fits all” and you should see a provider who treats them as such!

Before surgery, we ask our patients to force a big smile so that we can see how much gum they show. This helps us plan the surgery. Unfortunately, many of our patients have forgotten how to smile after years of hating their teeth. We often hear “I don’t really smile” in response. We love seeing our patients re-learn to smile with their new teeth! These photos were taken a day apart!
