🚨 Everything is moving along next door as scheduled!

We will have to close our office the first two weeks of May to renovate our front desk, break room, and replace the existing flooring. We will be calling to reschedule any existing appointments during that time.

Completion date for our expansion is set for June 15th! Thank you everyone for your patience during our growing pains. Our hope is to be as accommodating as possible for all of our patients (especially hygiene visits) and we have simply outgrown our space!

Also don’t forget Mission of Mercy is this weekend at the Wicomico Civic Center!

A post that isn’t about snow!!! What a beautiful day today! This is happening next door to our office. We are adding FIVE MORE ROOMS!

This will allow us to easily schedule hygiene recalls and continue growing to provide some much needed/deserved care for our community. Thank you for all of your patience during our growing pains! Office expansion SHOULD be done late May/ early June!

🚨PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT!!!🚨

If you or anyone you know is in need of FREE DENTAL CARE, save the date! March 27th and 28th at the Wicomico Civic Center in Salisbury, MD.

Eastern Shore Mission of Mercy is back baby! In four years of this event, 5,300 volunteers have provided $4.1 million worth of dental services for FREE to our communities.

This will be Dr. Mariner’s eighth time volunteering at MoM events across Maryland. Please spread the word! Come see Dr. M and Denise as they give back to the community they love by doing what they love!

There is a 100% chance of weather this weekend. What kind of weather you ask? 🤷🏼‍♂️ We had many Monday cancellations due to the unknown, and our team comes from all over the land to get to the office.

A decision was made to close our office Monday 01/26/26 due to the potential 0-75” of snow. We all agree it’s a bit silly, but everyone’s safety is most important and my shoulders are sore from shrugging! See you all Tuesday :)

BIG NEWS! Our little office has been pushing capacity for quite some time. We know it can be especially challenging to reschedule hygiene visits. Our hygienists are popular and everyone needs/ deserves to have their teeth cleaned! We have already added some Friday hours, but long term it’s just not enough.

We have decided to address this issue in the most expensive and stressful way possible (obviously). Stop taking new patients? Nope. “Drop” annoying insurances? Nope. Increase time between recalls? Nope. Decrease hygiene visit time? Nope.

EXPAND THE OFFICE?! YES! Anyone who wants to be our patient should be able to. This is a good probelm to have, but a problem nevertheless. Thanks for loving us. We’ll fix it 😉 Coming Summer of 2026. Mariner Cosmetic Dentistry 2.0 ✌🏼

Dear patients! Our 3rd party messaging system has gained autonomy and is on the brink of taking over the world. Step one of their global take over is to send out messages to our patients about existing treatment. Please ignore these messages as we work with Dental Intelligence on a solution. Inactivating and even entirely deleting this prompt apparently is not enough.

Also, this message has caused chaos with hundreds of phone calls, texts, and in person visits to our office. Please be patient as we work through this volume of damage control 🙂 and please put down the pitchforks and torches. It’s a harmless and accidental text message. This is not an excuse to be rude to our staff. If you are, I will personally dismiss you from our practice - Dr. Mariner
