For some adults diagnosed with mild-to-moderate obstructive sleep apnea, a custom oral appliance may be an appropriate treatment option. Worn over the teeth while you sleep, it supports the lower jaw in a forward position to help keep the airway open.

Treatment begins with a medical diagnosis and prescription, followed by a dental evaluation, custom fitting, and ongoing follow-up.

We are so proud to announce that Dr. Jason Choorapuzha earned his Diplomate with the ABPMD (American Board of Physiologic Medicine and Dentistry) this past weekend, May 16, 2026, at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. This was after countless hours of study, classroom work, case presentations, and a final exam as he continues his pursuit of knowledge in the field of sleep and airway dentistry.
