RECENT DENTAL CLEANING
I was able to make an appointment for a cleaning. From the first email to me exiting the office after service, the office was very transparent in their COVID 19 office visit protocol. I felt they were very professional, friendly, and safe throughout this whole process. L.M.
MY EXPERIENCE WAS WONDERFUL AS ALWAYS
Dr. Yabu is always so friendly and patient. We talk about all kinds of things. Both Blanca and I feel he is very competent. Mary assisted me with locating the somnomed rep and securing the referral from Kaiser. She is always very friendly and accommodating. She was able to fit me in early due to cancellation-much appreciated. The tech who took xrays and impressions was very friendly and explained the process in detail. We were also able to take xrays in advance of my cleaning appt in two weeks. They seem to have gone to great lengths to ensure patients felt safe with many COVID-related upgrades. Great Job! D.M.
PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY
My husband has Parkinson’s with difficulty walking. The staff, Mary, let me filled out a COVID-19 questionnaire, took my temperature, gave me hand sanitizer, so that I could help my husband walked into the office. Then, Mary, gave me a call when the dental work was done. In a rush, when I arrived at the office I realized I forgot my face mask at home. I was going back home for the face mask. But, the office staff provided me a face mask instead. Dr. Yabu has been my husband’s dentist 10+ years. It’s nice to be around a professional and friendly staff. A.M.

Dr Lim provides skilled dental care in a state of the art environment with expert, friendly, prompt treatments. She manages to instill confidence by her soothing explanations as she works with a gentle touch. Her staff have been extremely accommodating throughout the years always helping to reduce my stress and I think their office has done an excellent job providing safety precautions during covid. C.B.

I was so impressed with the office. From the minute that I arrived to the time I left. You guys really out did yourselves. Quality of care was excellent. GREAT ORAL APPLIANCE!
I saw Dr. Yabu and his assistant Ana. They were both great! I got fitted for an oral appliance to help with a restricted airway at night, and the process was easy. They're also VERY good about COVID precautions. Everything felt very safe. PPE, hand sanitizing, physical distancing, you name it. F.W.

COVID-SAFE, COMFORTABLE, CARING, COMMUNICATIVE
I've been seeing Dr. Lim many years. After Covid-19 came to the U.S. and the office was forced to close temporarily, I wondered what it be like to go to the dentist when they could reopen. They kept me informed by email about reopening and explained the lengths to which they have gone to make their office safe with new procedures and protections put in place. I was very comfortable with the new protections they had put into place. Dr. Lim listened to me carefully. She carefully and competently took care of my dental needs today. It's great to have a dentist who not only makes your oral health a priority, but who treats patients with respect and caring. D.M.
FEELING OF SAFETY
The precautions in place gave me a sense of security in regards to the virus, although I am still not comfortable with rinsing my mouth with hydrogen peroxide. It stings and I'm afraid I might swallow some. Fortunately, Rachel brought me some water to rinse out my mouth after that, so I felt a little better, although my mouth stung for about ten minutes after I using the hydrogen peroxide. I'm deeply grateful, however, that I can continue to rely on receiving dental care from people who offer wonderful dental service and care about their patients.
